Deregistration process
- At the end of the semester or degree program, each student has to inform the local town hall / municipality (of where they lived) in person about their leaving date. Go to the residents' registration office of the municipality where you've lived and ask them about the procedure and required documents. Usually you have to fill in a form.
- Also inform yourself beforehand how and when you have to hand over your room or apartment. You can also find information on our website (see FAQs).
- Don't forget to fill in the feedback form of your school (not required by every school) and submit all the required SEMP documents (if you are a SEMP exchange student).
- Last but not least: Don't forget to say goodbye to us! :-)
